With Easter just around the corner we’re talking about how to navigate all the sweets & treats that are going to be around. It can feel overwhelming, guilt inducing, and quite frankly scary if you have issues with food. 

In this workshop I’m helping you to make peace with the abundance of sweet food, giving you tips on how to get back that control that you want around it, and helping you to put some practical things in place to make sweet food an everyday, normal thing, rather than something to worry about.

Although this workshop focuses on Easter it applies and can help you all year round.
