You can do it as a one off activity, or use it regularly to help you to start understanding and feeling your hunger and fullness signals.
At each stage, describe how your hunger feels, how the food tastes, and how full you feel.
You can also take some time to note down any thoughts you may have had at the beginning of the meal, during, and after.
No judgement, just an awareness.
