Our open group coaching session for May 2023. A recorded response to member questions. I answered these questions:
- It’s hard for me since giving myself freedom of choice to know exactly what it is that I want at times. Is this normal? Like I start thinking “what do I really want to eat?” Does this mean I am not really hungry? Or that I am just overwhelmed with options now. Like right now I couldn’t tell you what I want for dinner tonight. So how do we plan when we just “don’t know”?
- Why do I want to eat things in the evening that I wouldn’t normally eat?
